Tootletown Tales, first published in July ’02, is written by Mary Peck Stockton, an educational psychologist with decades of experience in meditation and spiritual unfoldment. The book invites parents, grandparents, and teachers to participate in stories written for children to advance their moral development.

This book makes a significant contribution on two levels:  First it encourages interaction between parent (or the reader) and their children.  The more time that the family spends together actually relating to each other, the stronger the bond of love and understanding.

Secondly, this book is specifically designed to communicate to children at their level of awareness, but with a very strong emphasis on developing their moral maturity.  The importance of values being integrated into a child's development can not be overstated. 

The stories enter the child’s world at the child’s level. They beckon children into wholesome activities and actions. Interaction, bonding, and positive discussion are encouraged with the reader.
