Class Topic:  Releasing Anger, Embracing Peace: The Art of Self-Management

From the frustrating little "flea bites" of daily life to deeply embedded injuries and indignations, we all experience various levels of anger in our lives.

The goal of this workshop is to help you move beyond anger - that is, to learn how to manage the powerful emotional triggers of your anger, rather than have them control you.  We will explore the sources of anger to gain a better understanding of how this dynamic operates.

Is our anger, in fact, part of a psychological response mechanism that is trying to teach us, to draw our attention to certain lessons we need to learn in order to manifest more fully the profound beauty and truth within us?  You will be given a unique introspective tool to help you process and listen more deeply to the messages behind your anger.  And we will discuss a variety of other means for reducing and releasing anger - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Once we step off the "blame train" and begin to take responsibility for managing our anger, it is truly amazing how much we can begin to enjoy peace in our lives (yes, even despite all the idiots out there!).  (oops! See class on Nonjudgement)
