Frederick Rule holds a BA and MA in psychology and has been working with both adults and children, and leading various therapeutic workshops and seminars, for 14 years.

Frederick is recognized by "TIPP" the Institute for Professional Parenting as a Master Caregiver. He is a relationship expert who enjoys all aspects of people interaction. He conducts workshops and seminars, teaching, training, and informing about "The Human Situation".

Frederick shares functional, easy-to-understand methods of relating to children of all genders, races, class and age.
