Class Topic:  Mental Health and Creativity -

We need to be reminded that the essence of our human nature is creative.  We fought very hard as children to retain our creativity, but in the end it was taken away.  The maintenance of our mental health is indelibly tied to our need to express our creativity.

Participants will engage in games and processes that will allow them to behave and think in ways that will lead to increased confidence, playfulness and spontaneity. This workshop is useful for individuals who identify themselves as performance artists, musicians, actors or others with a creative bent.  However, this class is especially beneficial to those who have been told or may believe that they do not have a creative side - but wish they did.

Ongoing small to large workshop.
