The first series of workshops offered by CLF is entitled Fundamentals of Conscious Living". It is designed for people who want to know more about themselves.

Who want to make a new effort to understand the meaning and purpose of their lives and who want to grow out of their current state of being and discover new ways of deepening their connection with their fundamental nature and their world.

Carl Jung said:

"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your heart. Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakes."

The Fundamentals of Conscious Living workshops are a mutual exploration of our inner environment:

What does it feel like to live more in the heart? What is the essential nature of our mind and senses? What are the effects on us of our thoughts and feelings and of our outer environment?

We will uncover the elements of our personal nature that inhibit and block us from learning and growing.

We will practice the techniques and tools that we can use to expand and open ourselves to positive growth and perhaps& transformation.

The essence of this workshop series is Personal Positive Change

Many great souls have gone before us, some very well known, some who have come and gone without leaving a trace.  Throughout this series of workshops, we will try to learn from those who have already walked down the path we are attempting to follow; to learn from their wisdom and example.

William James believed that,

    "To change one's life - - Start immediately - -  No exceptions."

Alfred, Lord Tennyson said it another way,

"That which we are, we are, and if we are ever to be any better, now is the time to begin."
