The Workshop:
Do you feel overwhelmed by all the things you have to get done at your home and office? Do you wish there was a way to get more done in less time with less stress? There is, and this class will teach you a proven method to help you:
- Process and organize your backlog of papers and prevent that backlog from recurring.
- Feel confident that nothing is falling through the cracks.
- Move projects forward, one action at a time.
- Decide what action to do at any given moment.
- Find what you need when you need it.
- Create an environment that works for you not against you.
The Teacher:
Jeff Braucher's primary activity and motivation for the last 30 years has been the search for the deeper meaning of life and the nature of reality.
The primary tools he has used are yogic meditation, introspection, and spiritual study. This practice was intensified and focused during his 18 years as a monk.
For the last decade he has also given lectures and talks extensively on various spiritual topics, and continues to teach and consult as a way to share his life discoveries as well as to continue his own learning. Part of his consulting activity centers around learning how to organize our lives and efforts to achieve greater efficiency while maintaining a calm center.
The fee for the class is $25 for each session. Each session will last for 2 hours. Enrollment requires payment for the first two classes in advance.
